After working in an industry under-represented by women, Gemma Lloyd co-founded Diverse City Careers (DCC) to make a difference. Diverse City Careers works with leading companies focused on diversity including Atlassian, Dropbox, AECOM, Bank of Queensland and Deloitte. Gemma won the 2016 WIT Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, the #Techdiversity Awards and was a finalist in the 2015 ARN Women in ICT Awards.
