Today on the show, Liz interviews Maria Claps a certified health coach and functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner. She also studied with Dr. Sara Gottfried in order to help women learn to balance their hormones. She works primarily with women who are struggling with perimenopause and menopause and is fond of the DUTCH hormone test in order to guide a protocol for women suffering from hormone imbalances.
