Rebecca’s story is not uncommon, not only did she witness cancer in her family, but was confronted with her own health journey battling autoimmune diseases and Lyme disease. After seeing numerous specialists without results she became her own health advocate, devouring as much literature about wellness as possible. With the help of integrative physician and homeopath using holistic wellness principles she was able to reverse her illness. Today, as a certified holistic health, wellness coach and Laughter Yoga Leader Rebecca works one on one with clients to integrate a step by step approach to creating lifestyle changes that they will lead them on a path to wellness, without the side effects of medicines.
