We’ve talked with intrepid adventurer Moira Tobin from Ducks Back before but this time we are focusing on her fabulous challenge that everyone can get involved in. Walking 2017 klms in this year of 2017. Moira’s mantra is just move, move more today than yesterday and you will get there.
Believe it or not 2017 klms is less than the recommended 10k steps a day and you can do it however you want. You can add a walk to whatever you do each day or simply count your steps. It really doesn’t matter, what really matters is that you commit to trying and keeping in touch via a Facebook page. The community developing from this initiative and the page is quite amazing with many people committing to daily activity for the first time. Listen in for some New Year Motivation.
