On the advent of the Winter Nuts Challenge, Jody and David welcome back Pete Rees from Mudstacle to give some last minute tips to Jody who is taking on all four laps.
It turns out Jody hasn't factored in a few important points, such as the cut-off time, and the chaps ponder whether he's actually going to make it.
Pete also fills us in on his epic Marathon des Sables training, including running the Pilgrim's multi-day ultra and running part of the Monarch's Way overnight to prepare for the long day.
If you're running Nuts or the MdS, you've got to listen to this episode.
Remember, it could be the last one Jody appears in...
Enjoy!

About Bad Boy Running:
The amazing world of running you didn't know existed, from a marathon club in San Quentin State Penitentiary to racing 350 miles, unaided with only 8% vision, to setting up a girl's running club in Afghanistan, reprobates David Hellard and Jody Raynsford bring you the world's most interesting running stories, its most incredible runners, presented by some of its worst.
A funny, light-hearted look at running that's not afraid to laugh at itself and at you.
