Today the guys talk to Colin McCourt, a former pro-athlete who is documenting his transformation back into shape. His friends have all bet him £100 that he can't do a sub-16 minute 5k by the end of this year. If he wins, that's a nice windfall, if he loses, he has to get seventeen first and second names tattooed on his body.
David and Jody start off with the basic questions about how's training going, whether it's realistic, before, in classic Do-Badder style, they veer off course and end up talking up about how social media could be used by those who are of a higher profile to bring more attention to the sport.
Enjoy!

About Bad Boy Running:
The amazing world of running you didn't know existed, from a marathon club in San Quentin State Penitentiary to racing 350 miles, unaided with only 8% vision, to setting up a girl's running club in Afghanistan, reprobates David Hellard and Jody Raynsford bring you the world's most interesting running stories, its most incredible runners, presented by some of its worst.
A funny, light-hearted look at running that's not afraid to laugh at itself and at you.
