We tend to over-eat, drink, and be lazier when we are stressed or angry---and by letting it all go we can lower our heart rate, blood pressure, and stress levels! Give yourself a time limit to be frustrated at a person, then let it go---to ensure you stay healthy and happy! Don't let others' stress drag you down too!
