Application of the Federal Arbitration Act to a decision of the Kentucky Supreme court requiring a specific grant of authority in a power of attorney in order for an agent (i.e. the holder of the power of attorney) to bind the principal (i.e. person who signed the power of attorney) to an agreement that disputes will be settled by binding arbitration.
