I first met John back in 2005 when we both worked for L.A. Fitness and as the Universe connects like-minded individuals, we met up again at bodhi in Downtown Somerville NJ.
John recently opened up his own practice with his soon to be fiance.

Mindfulness - The ability to become fully aware of the present moment and how it can redirect your mistaken thoughts and or actions. Self Awareness - Having a clear understanding of your own personality traits including strength, weaknesses, thoughts beliefs, emotions, and actions. Cognitive Distortion - Thoughts and or beliefs that cause individuals to perceive reality inaccurately. Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) - This style of therapy combines standard cognitive behavioral techniques for emotion regulation and mindful awareness largely derived from Buddhist meditative practice.Links from the show:
