Instead opt for things like fresh fruit or sorbet. Heavy meals make you tired and slow down cognition while your body sends everything it has to help aid in digestion. The lunch options you chose could affect important decisions, costing you time and money in the future. Think of your employees as the gears in your company and the food they eat as the oil that keeps them moving. Remember, everyone wants a well-oiled machine so choose food wisely.
