I learned these Sacred S.O.L. Secrets.
A lot of times we have those places hidden in our souls (so deep), and we never talk about them with people. However, we unconsciously talk about them to ourselves.
It brings a lot of shame, guilt, blame, judgment…and they’re so heavy.
Am I the only one that’s ever carried heaviness?
After years of being a chiropractor, group fitness instructor, and life coach, I’ve found that oftentimes these heavy thoughts, or secrets can cause a heavy life that feels over-burdened, overwhelmed, and overloaded.
But you can also carry extra weight on your body because of it.
Is this YOU today?
Sipping on life is not about excess, but excellence.
*A heavy life can even make your body heavy.
When people come to me asking for help to LOSE WEIGHT, the first place we start isn’t a DIET or WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM.
*Instead of addressing what you’re eating, we focus on what’s EATING YOU.

When we HIDE them, we begin to also HIDE in our lives.

Show up. Only pay attention to what has heart and meaning. Don’t use blame, guilt, or judgment with anyone, including yourself. Be open to outcome, but not attached to it. If something can’t be interpreted two ways, it probably isn’t true. You’re always telling your story; Are you listening?WHAT’S YOUR STORY?
You’re always telling our story.
When you begin to become AWARE of what you’re saying in your words and actions, you’ll discover what you BELIEVE in your heart.
Then you can make the conscious decision to either keep or replace that old belief.
The story that’s unfolding in our lives is a reflection of the beliefs we have in our heart.
Pay attention only to what matters MOST to you. The rest is extra baggage.
Free yourself from all that.
Blame, guilt, and judgment cause SHAME. It’s the heaviest thing we can carry.
Let go of the Blame Game (Victim Mentality), guilt (un-forgiveness for ourselves), and judgement (right vs. wrong.)
Free yourself by letting go of the judgement. Stop looking at everything as RIGHT or WRONG. Instead, look for TRUTH.
Knowledge of the truth sets us free.
Especially when we begin to know the truth, live in it, and tell the TRUTH, we can be set free.
Keep your heart wide open. But, realize that CONTROL is an illusion.
You can creatively co-create your life with your desires, beliefs, and the trust you have in God.
God is LOVE.
Co-create your life with God.
Co-create your life with LOVE.
When I did this, everything began to change.
