Rebekah comes to the show as a referral from one of our other coaches, Liza! That's pretty awesome really. She is training for the Zion 100k. Like most of our runners, she has a family and busy work/life balance so figuring out how to get the most out of her training during a Chicago winter will be interesting and fun!
