DAILY INSPIRATION: 1. Get Committed (focus on what you do want instead of what you don’t want. Ex: I’m not going to eat cookies). 2. Educate yourself (it’s amazing to me how few people know how many calories they are designed to eat to maintain their weight. 3. Start your day with exercise 4. Balance, Eat small frequent meals (don’t over eat and allow yourself one treat a day or one cheat day. 5. Get support or get an accountability partner or trainer.
DAILY UNIVERSAL LAW: Today we align with The Law of Abundance or Supply: The universe only knows abundance; The entire cosmos is designed with infinite elemental equations with unlimited combinations. This law is designed to have you align with absolute abundance. (you can have your cake and eat it too). When you invert this law or live in scarcity mentality you will experience feeling bounded and fearful. The truth is, you have been endowed with a mind that is immeasurable in it ability to innovate and create possibilities. Even the material realm is lavish, energy becomes unbounded through the incalculable synthesis of material particles.
DAILY SPIRITUAL PRACTICE: Consider starting a yoga practice or something that has a physical aspect to your Daily Spiritual Practice.
DAILY CHALLENGE: Throw out candy and junk in the house. Go to your favorite holiday party and allow yourself to have one treat.
