Segment 1
Intro
Discussion
Today we are going to talk about the importance of having a holistic approach to chronic illness. Research shows that chronic illness and disease is better controlled when a patient takes care of the whole body, mind and spirit. No longer are doctors writing a prescription and sending people home to “deal with it” – instead we are teaching patients to fight back from every angle.
Discussion on journaling, exercise, taking up cooking classes to inspire better eating, etc.
Challenge to every listener to take charge of their health by getting outside of their comfort zone and routines and taking on new things.

Love this one! Love Love Love it. Listen up guys – A new study that just came out in the Journal of Family Psychology shows that men who help out with their fair share of housework have a better sex life. Interestingly enough, the study didn’t define fair share -that was defined and different for each couple. So my suggestion to you guys out there is to talk to your partner and get your honey do list completed each week. That way, everybody is happy!
