Transparency is a funny word in medicine. We don't use it much in medicine, but it is the method by which you become human and relevant to your audience. Transparency makes you believable. Transparency is how you begin the process of engaging your reader. In the digital age, prospective patients want to know "who you are" and not necessarily "what you are."
