Gun-control advocates who were invited to the summit have since criticized its focus on gangs, particularly in the Prairie provinces and the lower mainland of B.C., and gang use of guns with no discussion of reinstating and increasing controls over legal firearms.
“I think it’s very telling that the gun lobby was very happy with the focus on illegal guns,” Heidi Rathjen, a spokesperson for Polysouvient (PolyRemembers) group of Montreal, told iPolitics.

Three day event. July 5th to the 7th. This year’s charity will be the Dalhousie Regional High School breakfast program. Day one July 5th will be a Furlatchy Handgun Fundamentals class. 2 Spots left. Good Morning,
As a Father of four, tax payer, and firearms owner I appreciate the work you guys do and the show you put on each week. Holding government accountable is a fundamental democratic responsibility, especially when that same government chooses not to do so itself.
I do believe that legal firearms owners are the current whipping boy (sorry didn't mean to assume gender, whipping person) for the failing liberal government.
I found it refreshing in your host's comments regarding the breakdown of family as one of the chief contributors to society's current status. Not many people would acknowledge that. To find the opinion on the fringes of the interwebs is encouraging.
Your host (Main host?) Andrew mentioned an author who is associated with the libertarian movement. The host mentioned the author and the idea of non-aggression, I was hoping to get the name of that person as well as the title of the book. I know it was mentioned in the last episode, but the name escapes me.
