Troy Kemp is a native of Riverhead, New York, and a graduate of Colgate University. For 24 years, Troy was on the faculty at McCallie School, as a teacher, administrator, dorm parent, and coach.
At McCallie, Troy earned awards for teaching excellence and mentoring boys. As a three-time coach-of-the-year recipient, he has guided his lacrosse teams to 8 state titles.
In July 2016, Troy was named Executive Director of the National Center for the Development of Boys, where he works to improve the lives of boys by providing resources and programs for parents, teachers, mentors and organizations - committed to helping boys with their learning and development as they journey to manhood.
