This week I’ll give you a quick overview of the different types of contract agreements you might decide on if you ’re going to hire a general contractor to build your house. We’ll briefly discuss fixed price contracts and cost-plus contracts.
Choosing which type of contract to use is almost as important as choosing which general contractor to hire.
