The process of anger – you see or hear something that doesn’t agree with you. Your amygdala alerts your body to release adrenaline and even testosterone. Prefrontal cortex kicks in to make decisions on what to do The time between initially getting angry and the response from the prefrontal cortex is less than two seconds.
