Kat is one of two Season 6 runners with a dynamic home life and recent huge lifestyle change that has resulted in some major weight loss! With five children and a fairly stressful job, Kat shares much of her story with her new coach Sean Meissner. Towards the end of the show she shares her concerns with the project as her coach gets to set the expectations for the early coaching.
