This helps you stay cooler because the air can circulate, but this air movement will also help prevent heat rash and yeast infections. And while you may be on a summer diet, eating frequent snacks, rather than heavy meals will keep from taxing your system and raising your body’s natural heat. Start and end your day right with a cool refreshing shower. Hot showers can actually increase your body temperature and make it harder to cope throughout the day.
