THIS IS NOT A, “DO NOTHING AND GET BIG MUSCLES” GIMMICK… Muscle growth has many factors including, education, gym time and proper eating, so if you think that just listening to this podcast is going to turn you into a fitness model overnight, YOU’RE WRONG!
IN MY OPINION… health, fitness, weight loss and muscle growth all BEGIN WITH YOUR MINDSET, yet that aspect is RARELY addressed even though scientific studies have shown it to be highly effective.
This visualization is an added tool in your arsenal; take advantage of it.
It’s quick, it’s easy and it’s all natural.
In this episode I created a muscle growth visualization that can be used at anytime, but right before you go to bed would be a great time to program this into your brain.
