The life and work of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg come to life in "On the Basis of Sex."
Written by Ginsburg's nephew, Daniel Stiepleman, it tells the story of the only case the Justice ever argued alongside her husband Martin. The narrative focuses on Ginsburg's years at Harvard Law School, the constant roadblocks trying to find a job after graduation, and the central case, Moretz v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue. But the story is really about the Ginsburgs as a progressive couple, who fought publicly for the equality they shared at home.
