It’s time to settle this old argument. Is comparison good or bad? Usually I’m pretty decisive, but this time I’m torn. Yes comparison can be toxic, but if managed correctly, it can be a great source of motivation. Have a listen to me arguing with myself, then let me know you thoughts.
