It was developed by Dr. Ola Rydz, fourth-year general pediatrics resident at the Stollery Children's Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta, with Dr. Dorothy Moore, Associate Professor of Pediatrics at McGill University in Montreal, Canada and lead author of this CPS statement.
