Here's one of my fave smoothie recipes that mimicks the "Shamrock Shake" from McDonalds! Lately, the most common way I make my shakes are the two variations below:
Choc/PB
1/2 can light coconut milk 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice 2 tsp sunflower butter 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (here's the one I use) pinch of pink himalayan sea salt water as needed for desired thicknessVanilla/Berry
2 cups unsweetened nut milk of choice (I usually do cashew) - water is fine, too 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice 1/4 cup frozen raspberries 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (here's the one I use) pinch of pink himalayan sea salt water as needed for desired thicknessIf you have a question for a future episode, submit them here.
