Welcome back to another episode of RNT Fitness Radio, and today I’m joined by one of the smartest guys in the world of bodybuilding and body composition, Dr Scott Stevenson. Scott’s been training for over 30 years, and has a level of experience few can match in this industry when it comes to optimising and maximising your muscle building and fat loss efforts.
He’s a big believer in keeping an open ‘beginner’s minded’ approach to finding what works, while blending his experience, Western science and Eastern medicine all together. We talk about the role of genetics, inter-individual differences between people, the skinny fat solution and why the consolidation phase should be seen as only the start of your journey.
