Limiting beliefs hold us back.
They stop us and sometimes we are aware of it and sometimes we aren't.
Limiting beliefs come from our subconscious thoughts. They come from our programming and experiences in this world and with others from when were young up until today.
The brain is designed to stop you from stepping outside your comfort zone and limiting beliefs are the catalyst to make that happen if you let them.
