After 7 years, Jim & Carol Ferraioli are finally ready to begin construction on their new home to replace the one that was ravaged by Superstorm Sandy.
They have overcome numerous struggles with contractors, mortgage companies and state programs just to get to this point but they still needed to clear one more hurdle before the foundation is poured.
