Today’s S.O.L. STORY is inspired by something I’ve been going through lately…
Oh Em Gee…I have a teenager living with me!
We’ve been working on discovering her core beliefs and uncovering beliefs that no longer serve her or her desires.
As we all do, she has a lot of past stories that have guided her to the present.
They’ve become second nature.
No one, including herself, has ever questioned them.
We are questioning everything.
Not as a way of debating, but discovering.
Being open to a new way of seeing truth, and trying on new beliefs.
This requires a lot of attention, soul-searching, and knowing that comes from the process of ASKING.
The Art Of The A.S.K.
Attention — Ask yourself out and give yourself your attention.
Date Yourself.
Soul-Searching — Looking for what’s there. Not to judge or get something from it.
But to simply SEE IT.
Knowledge — Once we see it. Then we can begin to know and understand it.
Knowing the truth allows FREEDOM.
In Chapter 7: Engagement Two — Know You (Page 59) I ask these vital questions that you must be willing to ask and answer for yourself to truly KNOW YOU.
Are you willing to ask, answer, and know?

Ask yourself the following questions:
1. Am I willing to spend some time getting to know me?
Now.
Continually.

That’s right, schedule it. No different than a very important meeting or a hot date with someone you want to know at a deeper level, and are beginning to fall in love with…
2. Am I willing to wake up and dream again?
3. When was the last time I was fully engaged with me and my life?
4. What happened that caused me to disengage?
5. What am I afraid of?
6. What do I believe about myself, my fears, and the desires of my heart?
