Jon Venus helps people get fit (and muscular) on a plant based diet. His journey started a few years ago when he and his wife Katherine decided they no longer wanted to eat animals. So they went on a journey to learn how to eat healthier by focusing only on a plant based diet. With greatly improved health and a new goal in life, Jon developed an awesome physique and now shares his meal plans, muscle building and workout routines to help others create the physique of a champion.
