Almost universally, when we make a “mistake” on our weight loss and eat something we hadn’t planned, we are really tough on ourselves. We spend a lot of time and energy beating ourselves up about our choices. In this episode, I will show you that this is not an effective way to get yourself to make behavioural changes.
