Why?
700 Days Ago I started this podcast…with the intention of sharing my message of hope with those in need of healing from the inside, out.
I was the one who most required healing.
I was grieving. Still am, actually.
Grieving the loss of both my parents.
Realizing once again how short and fragile life really is, I made a decision that I was going to live every day with greater commitment and creation.
I made a decision that I was no longer going to WAIT to share my heart's song and the message in my heart and soul.
I knew I had a message inside that needed to be shared...I needed and committed to sharing it!
I had no idea the power that I’d access by opening my heart, soul, mouth and sharing.
I had no idea it was going to have such a powerful impact on my life and life’s work.
Today is a celebration.
A celebration of 700 podcast episodes...SIPPING ON LIFE TOGETHER.
A celebration of LOVE.
Loving YOU.
Loving ME.
Loving US.
Loving this incredible life that’s meant to be sipped on…and not drowning in it.
This incredible experience was meant to be shared…
But in order to truly share anything, including yourself, you must OWN IT.

And in order to do that, you must fully OWN who you are by LOVING YOU…ALL OF YOU.
