Abby weighed 117 pounds when she married at the age of 29. A few years later, as a busy mother and school teacher, she ate whatever she could, whenever she had time. Over the years, eating included plenty of snacks and fast food as she rushed her sons to school, church, and sporting events. Her weight climbed slowly but steadily until at the age of 51, 5'1” inches tall, and 224 pounds, she found her WHY. One year later she'd lost over 100 pounds.
