There is endless confusion around eating what you should vs eating what you want.
It goes like this...
You get to that moment in your day when it's nearing lunch and you start to get hungry.
You're thinking about getting ready to eat.
Let's say you packed (or planned) to have a salad.
Cuz, ya know, it's healthy.
But you take the Tupperware out and think, "but I don't really WANT this salad!"
I want a sandwich or piece of pizza or leftover spaghetti or...anything else besides the salad.
Which do you choose? 🤔🤷♀️
Are you supposed to eat what you "should" or eat what you want?
(And what does eating what you want actually mean? Hint: It's not what you think).
