His expertise is in turning around under-managed manufactured housing communities by utilizing proven systems to maximize the occupancy while reducing operating costs. He specializes in bringing in homes to fill vacant lots, implementing utility bill back programs, and improving overall management and operating efficiencies, all of which significantly boost the asset value and net operating income of the communities. Two interesting facts about Andrew are that he started out as a “Lonnie Dealer” investing in individual mobile homes and that in order to successfully implement his management strategy, Andrew usually moves on location during the first several months of ownership to implement his management plan.

In the beginning I hired my friends and family because I could trust them and I believe that that was the best fit. But looking back I probably would have gone about things differently.
