Helen is an obstetrician/gynecologist who has completely redesigned her clinical career.
She received her medical degree from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and completed the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
She left traditional practice and began exploring alternative practice options, while also developing a part time job as medical director for a plasmapheresis company.
After some trial and error, she has created a balance in her clinical and nonclinical activities that she finds quite satisfying and fulfilling.
