Victoria started the Shotgun & Chelsea Bun Club to help encourage and support women in what was at the time a male dominated sport. Creating an amazing community in addition to helping ladies learn to shoot was at the centre of Victoria's mission, but as her business grew, her time to do anything else shrank. Something she really needed more of as her father was very ill during this period. This combination ultimately led to her burning out.
Fast forward to today where Victoria has changed her mindset, reorganised her business, developed strategies and created balance in her life which has moved her away from burnout to being a best selling author of her first book Make It Happen. In this episode, Victoria shares everything with us.
