On this episode of This Inspired Life, Jennifer sits down with empowerment advocate Lark Galley. Listen in as Lark reveals her journey to showing others the power of valuing ourselves and our accomplishments through the tragedy of her son’s death by suicide. This episode also draws from the story of Esther and women today can find strength in her perseverance.
Lark Galley is a business coach and a graduate from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, runs her trucking company in one hour a week and teaches other business owners how to streamline their activities to achieve time and money freedom.
Yet despite all her success in business and sales, Lark still questioned her value and abilities to accomplish her goals. As she coached other high achievers, she realized they too questioned their value. Her son’s suicide created a deep desire in her to empower others to raise their value and find balance and fulfillment in all areas of their life.
Her motto is, "If you only had 6 months to live, what would you change? Now change it!"
