Don't Let Anyone Tell You What You Can't Do with Rear Admiral Kyle Cozad

Emily Harman, the host of Onward Podcast, interviews Kyle Cozad, a Rear Admiral in the U.S. Navy and Emily’s U.S. Naval Academy class mate. Rear Admiral Cozad’s life changed in March 2018 when he fell and injured his spinal cord. Despite surgery to correct the injury, he lost all feeling below his waist and was told he would be a paraplegic for life. In this interview, Kyle shares how he moved onward and exceeded his doctor’s expectations.
