He is someone I consider to be a great thinker and many of his ideas and works have helped me find the philosophy of Stoicism and discover more satisfaction and fulfillment in my life.
I’m honored to have Ryan back on the podcast to talk about the concept of stillness. This is one area I really struggle with so reading his new book and, of course, having this conversation proved to be transformative for me. I know it will be for you too.
