Today we are excited to share Candace's interview with Julius James. Julius was a professional soccer player for eleven years. Julius comes from Trinidad and Tobago, and met Candace at UCONN, where they went to college and became fast friends. Julius is one of the most positive people Candace knows. He is grounded and full of gratitude, and we asked to speak with him today to get to the root of that sense of centeredness. Where did that constant positive vibe come from, and how can we make small changes to feel more positive ourselves? Let’s dive in.
