We're in New York's Hudson Valley this week talking with Dr. Christa Whiteman. Christa is the owner and founder of Evolve Movement & Wellness and is also the Operations Director of MovNat, a global natural movement fitness program.
Christa shares her incredible background in kinesiology, ethnobotany, biochemistry & herbal medicine. She then shares how all of that led her to hunting. We talk about how humans evolved over millions of years in tandem with their food systems and landscapes. Christa also offers some tips on how to get started with backyard herbal foods and medicines.
