Analys is a Personal/Group Fitness Trainer and a CFL1; an entrepreneur, and an Online Fitness, Lifestyle & Nutrition Coach. She discovered her passion for fitness at a very young age and loves passing on her knowledge. She grew up loving being active, playing almost every sport in school such as soccer, volleyball, kickball and baseball; becoming a role model and leader to those around her. Analys' keen eye and her strong attention to form and detail, makes her main focus during her classes to maintain the athletes perfect form and safety. Nothing gives her a rush like seeing her athletes achieve their goals and what they once thought impossible! She loves pushing everyone to their limits using the power of the mind by thinking of fitness as an active meditation. “What the mind believes, the body can achieve.” She has a big heart and likes to connect with everyone on a personal level to help them conquer their fears and believe in themselves, and love their bodies!
She’s on a mission to keep everyone in the room inspired! Analys wanted to extend this mission and be able to help even more people, so she took her love for helping others to the online world to have even an bigger reach. She helps women all over the world through her personalized nutrition and workout programs! What she teaches women in these programs is more than physical and accomplishing a certain look; she uses a very holistic approach using mediation and spirituality to get the proper mindset and really experience a true transformation from the inside out.
