Welcome to the beginning of a new season. Procrastination or what can be perceived as such, isn't always about avoiding doing our work. Sometimes procrastination and/ or hesitation can be a sign that there is something not right. That you need to reconsider a choice you’re making or move in another direction.
Today’s episode is a result of me taking a step back to rethink and ultimately re-envision the direction of this podcast. To begin moving in a direction that excites me and feels more aligned with my life’s work. And to focus more on a subject I am very passionate about--The Well-Being of Black Women.
