Erin and Kelly interview their father, Vince Cassidy who is also the President and Founder of their company, Majesty Title Services. The girls talk with Vince about growing up in a corporate environment, then pivoting to become an entrepreneur. We explore what he did, what he learned, what didn’t work, and more importantly the values of his company, it’s culture, striking a work life balance and eventually why he sold his company.
