We are knee deep in the holiday season and for many families that means parties, special get togethers, holiday events, travel, extra sugar, lack of routine – the list goes on and on. Having little ones around the holidays truly makes it even more special and enjoyable but with that excitement an come additional stress, juggling and even anxiety for some people, children included. So this week, I want to chat about some of the things that can put a bump in the road of enjoyment and what we as parents can do to make it the smoothest holiday season possible while soaking up every minute of connection, tradition and fun with our family.
