Beth Oldfield has been teaching fitness for over 20 years. She's progressed to the level of pro-trainer, which means she trains other fitness trainers. Her own clients range in age from 20 to 85 with all levels of experience and fitness. Beth is now over the age of 50 and focuses much of her energy on helping others over the age of 50 to get fit, stay fit, and be functionally fit for life!
