Today I share 11 powerful keys to OWNING your voice, and transformation.
This morning I did a FB LIVE, and brought on 3 special guests to join me as we talked about HOW TO OWN YOUR VOICE.
Are you willing and ready to own your voice?
Here’s the TRUTH that was revealed…
1. Speak with your OWN voice.
Speak YOUR truth.
2. Remember that you also have a voice within you.
Listen to it. Listen to your heart.
Speak from there.
If you do, you’ll speak UP.
If you don’t, you’ll speak DOWN.
We speak UP from your heart. We speak down from our head.
No matter what, know that you’re NOT alone.
3. Open up and share…even when you feel the fear.
Once you speak up, fear will not.
The more you express yourself, it’s simple and easy.
4. You no longer need to look for what’s already there.
Simply recognize it.
OWN IT.
Express it.
5. Your ownership makes you WORTH IT.
TRUTH is valuable. So are YOU.
6. Believe it.
The more you speak it, the more you’ll believe it.
7. Pay attention to love and truth.
When we pay attention to LOVE, the truth comes.
Allow your truth to speak, and express herself.
We’re all Messengers…really.
8. Take the next step. It’s simple. And when you get scared, STOP for a moment. Recognize truth.
Speak it.
AND…take another step.
9. Move ahead.
Take another step. Keep going.
Moving forward isn’t the same as moving ahead.
10. Show up afraid. Keep doing it.
When you do, what you need will be there.
AND…
What you desire, you will create.
11. MOVEMENT.
Join in the MOVEMENT.
When we MOVE, like the waves, we’re heard.
Naturally.
WITH EASE.
Turn your SCARED into SACRED.
You CAN do it.
Are you doing it?
Are you moving and flowing in it?
