You don't need another 'How to Change' podcast or blog, because that's not the question you should be asking yourself, especially if you're only in a stage of what we call pre-contemplation. The better question to ask, is WHY would I want to, or WHY do I have to??
It's true we're in an environmental, and health crisis... Honestly, the crisis we're in is total dis-ease and discontent and this is because we're in a spiritual crisis disconnected from our True Self and true source of love.
But to even entertain the idea of reconnecting you have to your True Self, you first have to get past your human, habitual, conditioned core beliefs, thought patterns and subconscious programming.
This takes awareness and motivation to show up every day to do the inner work
Without understanding WHY you'd even want this, you're already setting yourself up to fail, and this just reinforces your probably already existing and deeply crappy sense of self!
